SITE REPORT: SITE-96

On Day Number, Time AM/PM, a Level High occurrence was logged at Site-96. The description of the incident involved a unusual activity involving personnel. Initial reports suggest that the incident resulted in moderate damage to Site-96 systems. Response protocols were immediately deployed. Staff involved in the incident are currently undergoi
